Return Policy 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange most items for a full refund. Items returned to Three Springs MUST be in their original condition and packaging—we DO NOT accept returns for items that have been removed from their original packaging, broken or otherwise altered–including beads, findings, and stringing materials that have been un-spooled.

Three Springs
will refund your return first class postage only if you are returning an incorrect Three Springs Beading Set, defective tool or broken findings. You are responsible for the cost of the postage on all other returns. Kindly make sure the correct postage is affixed to your return otherwise we will not receive it.

Please send your return(s) in its original packaging with a copy of the original invoice to:

Please note: For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
